The Berkel B3 is a perfect slicer for home use. Featuring a 300mm (11.8") blade, the B3 can accommodate most cured meats and can slice larger cuts of meat with slight trimming. The B3's body is compact allowing for more placement options on your counter or on an optional base.
Berkel slicers come with a beautiful decorated flower flywheel, decorative pinstriping, and classic Berkel insignia.
