Although hand crank meat slicers are considered by many to be work of art showpieces, we love seeing them being used for their intended purpose, slicing the finest cured meats with precision and consistency. Chef James Briscione, two-time Food Network's Chopped champion, author, and executive chef of the soon-to-open Angelena's in Pensacola, FL recently put his Legend 300 to use at a private event.
